Doha – Mubasher: Qatari Investors Group said Wednesday that a court dismissed two cases filed against the company.

The court ruled to dismiss case no 853/2016, filed by Al Rubu Elkhaly Trading Company (one of Ezdan Holding Companies) against Qatari Investors, requesting the invalidity of the general assembly held on 3 January 2015, and the invalidity of the resolutions issued by it, according to a bourse filing.

The court also refused case no 3440/2015, filed by Al Manara for Medical Equipment (one of Ezdan Holding Companies) against Qatari Investors requesting the invalidity of the extraordinary general  meeting of  dated 1 March 2015 and invalidity its resolutions.
